Meet the Founder: Allison Holmgren

Allison Holmgren founded HolmGrown Solutions in 2021 after more than a decade in corporate HR, including leading a team of 20+ HR professionals as Head of Human Resources for a large Chicago-based corporation. Today she’s a Rippling Preferred Partner, helping growing businesses get their systems and their HR right at the same time.

Founder & President

Allison began her Human Resources career in 2010 and quickly distinguished herself as an expert in the field.  Within a few years, she was leading a team of over 20 HR professionals as the Head of Human Resources for a large corporation in Chicago, IL.  In 2021, she made the decision to leave her comfortable corporate role to create something that was missing in the HR and start-up space.  With a keen sense of efficiency, over a decade of experience and knowledge, and a creative edge, Allison created HolmGrown Solutions to support small businesses during their growth phases.
